PINOT NERO THAT PUTS ITSELF AT THE SERVICE OF PLEASURE
Obtained from 100% pinot nero grapes, only the prime must from the first pressing is used. After a very brief maceration of a few hours to obtain the desired colour, a part of the base wine is fermented in barriques. The wine evolves for a minimum of 44 months in contact with the yeasts before disgorgement.
Sensual, fruity and enveloping. A wine with a volcanic soul that seduces and fascinates with its romantic pleasantness and its uncontainable explosion of aromas.
Beautiful, shining salmon pink; aromas playing between fresh and ripe, wild strawberry alternating with blood orange, the nectarine peach gives way to redcurrants; it is articulated but at the finish of the aromas there remain fragrance and a warm flower. To the palate it further manifests citrus nectar, pomegranate juice and it has an excellent roundness; it lingers very well, maintaining an excellent drinkability, closing on tones of bark and tamarind, the freshness remains very inviting, merging right to the end with the creamy effervescence.

A complete wine able to engage in complex combinations, fish steaks or crustaceans with sauces and creams.
Violet Gallipoli prawns with lemon grass mayonnaise.
Baked John Dory with potatoes and olives.
