PINOT NERO THAT PUTS ITSELF AT THE SERVICE OF PLEASURE
Obtained from 100% pinot nero grapes, only the prime must from the first pressing is used. After a very brief maceration of a few hours to obtain the desired colour, a part of the base wine is fermented in barriques. The wine evolves for at least 54 months in contact with the yeasts before disgorgement.
Sensual, fruity and enveloping. A wine with a volcanic soul that seduces and fascinates with its romantic pleasantness and its uncontainable explosion of aromas.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The wine introduces itself with a vivid and shiny colour, the pink has a more evident role than others millesimè; The nose perceives a rich set of citrus and succulent pulp fruits such as pomegranate, pink grapefruit and red orange; The fresh year gives to the palate a noteworthy vivid sourness and juiciness, and in the mouth emerge mainly delicate smoky notes and the typical vine spices such as black sesame; it evolves very well with the passing of time maintaining an excellent drinkability. The consumer has a guarantee that the wine will resist over the years.
