Produced using only the prime must from the first pressing, a preponderant part of the base wine is fermented in barriques and then remains in contact with the yeasts for at least 44 months.
Refined, bewitching and structured. It is born of a perfect marriage between charismatic power and sublime finesse, an elixir for hearts and palates.
Full, bright straw colour with evident tendency towards golden; strong, intense aroma. The first to emerge is the fruity character of grapes, golden delicious apples, gooseberry and plum, giving way to the vegetal and spicy characters of pinot nero, incense, mixed flower honey, amaretto dust, hazel chip and sugar icing, to close with hay and alpine herbs. To the palate, the limited dosage creates a sharpened, tense entrance that harmonises rapidly towards hints of amber and honey. The finale is rich in flavour but has the incredible ability to quench the thirst with a dry finish.

A gastronomic wine, able to enhance numerous dishes, including the prized products of the woodlands, the mushrooms.
It does not disdain a prolonged stay in the glass. Even before effervescence, it shows itself to be a wine of substance.
Salad of ovoli mushrooms.
Stewed chicken with morel mushrooms.
