SPHERICAL EFFERVESCENCE

Produced using only the prime must from the first pressing, a preponderant part of the base wine is fermented in barriques and continues for at least 60 months in contact with the yeasts. This Franciacorta is truly one of its kind.

Harmonious, creamy and elegant. This wine is able to achieve a unique equilibrium with the power to create inebriating sensations.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent bright straw colour, the gold ends in the glass sparking. The aroma unleashes power, exotic fruits, candied citrus fruits and a remarkable toasting note. The period of time spent on the yeast guarantees complexity and richness, we can perceive hazelnut, gianduia and citron wood. To the palate it starts dry, directed and mineral with an effervescence perfectly merging with the other components. It has an excellent persistence and the finish becomes wider on features a bit riper than those of impact underlining even more toasted and tropical scents.

COMBINATIONS RECOMMENDED BY NICOLA BONERA

To be drunk with refined fish and seafood dishes and not only, it pairs well with first courses with rich sauces.
Not to be over-chilled, it is a wine that dances in the glass and opens with time.
Tagliolini with fish sauce. Stewed lobster.
